Race-changed to Dark Iron. Seeing the BRF Mythic warrior set or the Normal Antorus DK recolor with The Black Hand on just about every plate Dark Iron player, and honestly, unless you're one of those "weird to be weird" types who run around in pink or mismatched armor, it's understandable due to the theme of the race.

I'd like to get the heritage armor, but I just can't bring myself to level a character from 20 to 120 to get it. I play one character, and a heritage character would sit unplayed once it's done. Hopefully in future they come up with a better system to acquire them.



Now, if they released that Dark Iron two-hand mace...I might endure the slog.

Head, belt, shoulders, and legs are from Mythic Siege of Orgrimmar; the rest is from Mythic Hellfire Citadel. Cloak looks like the one from the Mount Hyjal questline.

It looks great in the screenshot, but be forewarned that the goldish trim on Hellfire pieces is more an "olive" color than are the SoO pieces, which are closer to bronze; in certain light, it's a pretty obvious clash if you're the nitpicky type.

yeah indeed, ingame the chest is 10x better then on wowhead preview

Yeah, it sure seems like it! I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to roll with and it seems my joke mog might be even better with the actual item model and not the wowhead version.

Yup. Lightning will also vary depending on your monitor.


The pants are new. SoO but with the flared sides. I believe they're a world BoE in BFA.

I'd only play them as warriors or shamans. They don't fit a paladin theme for me.

My biggest issue is you are more or less stuck with the one theme for mogs. Can't have a water theme, earth theme, gold theme. Just fire, would get boring FAST.

Finally got the matching legs for the set. Still need the polearm off the first boss of Siege of Boralus though. Still! Love it.
