The head and cloth looking shoulder are from the Hallow's End vendor (new items from this year).
Chest, legs, gloves and weapon are from Sanctum of Domination mythic, gloves are sanctum LFR.
The other shoulder is from Torghast, one of the random shoulder cosmetics you can get from there.
Belt is a Furious Gladiator belt, and the tabard is from a previous trading post.

It's not the same, but there's a red helmet and shoulder version in the trading post this november that you could try out with the same items. Might look good too, just make sure you get those before december begins.
