Armor links for pvp / pve will be posted on the patch day or a few days later. Usually a 100% confirmation then of what color is going to be used for what mode. Also crossing my fingers and hoping polearms will be put in but it doesn't look like it.

Had it as holypally to replace my 200 weapon back in the day... Found it so ugly I sold it as soon as I had an ICC weapon
Crusader sword linked above really is the perfect match for CM set imo

I think alliance skins with big lion head are not enough exploited, because they just put it there and here you go with your blunt design. If they actually worked a design, embedding the lion in smoother and more elegant ways, I'd like it better

Yeah. They could go into better detail with the lion head. Sometimes I like it when it is kept simple. Take the typical Stormwind crest. The 2D on that fits with a lot of things and works well on the two handed axe for this pvp season.


I'm also a huuuuge fan of small shields or bucklers being put on one handed weapons. I love the DS sword and wished we got to see more in that style.

Imo it's like t13 and s9 were made for each other, not only color-wise but actual models of the items. The s9 helmet looks very much like a bird, and t13 shoulders has feathers. Slap Starshatterer on it and we're ready for take-off

Hmm, I think I prefer aesir's edge over abaddon. And while that mace matches nicely, I was never a huge fan of maces, especially big round ones :P

It's sad the enchanted thorium set 'gloves' don't drop anymore. They really should have made it a pattern or make another model share its skin.

My current prot set. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...in/Dive/simple. I have wanted to do something with those shoulders and that shield for awhile. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it overall. The only thing I want to really change is the tabard.

i use it but not with that shield and without the tabard, and i also was surprised the first time i saw that the Klaxxi sword matched perfectly

The technology for scaling up old content is mostly in place now, but the devs haven't come up with a good rewards scheme for scaled up old dungeons and raids yet. Today, players can go back and solo old content for transmog gear, but if they were going to go back and do it in an appropriately sized group, they would expect something useful other than transmog gear.

Read this on the front page of mmo champ today.


I'm very iffy with scaling. If not done properly, it could shaft a lot of people out of gear.

Can't tell which sword I like better.

Quel'Delar is nice and broad, and the colors work, but the Arcanite Champion while smaller is simple yet has a nice glow.


I wish the Champion was just slightly more broad/updated. I love the glow of it, really cool sword.
