369 Feral DPS and 367 Feral Tank LF Serious Guild

Here are the basics:
We are a couple who has been running a guild for the last year or so on Gilneas. Despite our best efforts we have been dissatisfied with the lack of interest and drive by our raiders so we're starting to look for a new home. We both have experience raid leading and in leadership positions. We thrive on structure, crude humor, and dead baddies.

At this point we a simply looking for an established, capable guild with core spots for **both** of us.

Arlynne - Feral DPS MS (ilvl 369), Resto OS (ilvl 363)
Odwela - Feral Tank MS (ilvl 367), Boomkin OS (ilvl 365)
(We would both strongly to prefer playing on our main specs, as they are what we are best at, if possible.)

Availability:
Weekdays/Sunday 8/9PM-12PM (EST)
Prefer 3 days a week but willing to consider 4

What You Get:
Two dedicated raiders who...
...are comfortable in both of their specs.
...are smart. We do our research and make sure we min/max properly. Also, we can identify and not stand in fire.
...are not drama-causers or loot hogs.
...love to have fun during raid but still know when it's time to be serious.
...are adults (21 & 25).
...(while lacking in progression due to leading a guild for several months) are driven to learn and defeat new content including hardmodes.

What We're Looking For:
Alliance. We will really only consider horde if we are really impressed by progression and environment.
An established group who runs when they're scheduled to.
An adult, drama-free atmosphere. We are not sensitive to crude humor, etc.
You are working on Firelands. We don't mind pre-heroics but please be planning to push them and at least 5/7.
Prefer a 25man guild but willing to consider a hardcore 10man group.
(Eventually) Full time positions. Being rotated for fights is fine but we aren't looking to full time bench warm. We are looking for a guild that has a need for BOTH of us.
