If something as substantial as TukUI does not meet your needs, then I am doubtful of a premade UI doing so.
What was it you found lacking in other UI's ?
Was it features which were lacking, or existing ones which did not function as you expected.
What you need to know about and how you best read that, be it icons, bars or graphics will help determine individual addons tell you what you want to know.
