It is recommended to get an after market cooler if you do plan on OC. If you don't plan on OC ever, then there is no reason to get the 2500K, just get the 2500, but I'd just spend the little bit extra and get the 2500k regardless :P

I'm surely going to overclock it. But I'll stick with the stock cooler until I can afford the 212.

    I'm a dreadlord now! Woo!

Looks good, but is that PSU reliable? Is it 80 Plus? Don't EVER cheap out on PSU's.

GTX 560 TI stable at 1GhZ

It's a black edition, you can crank up the wattage to 800

    Found the specs: http://www.tekheads.co.uk/product/CI...oxed_9778.html
It doesn't say anything about 80+ but it has 20A on the 12V rail. Should be good enough to power the card, but I would personally take another PSU.

Definitely change the PSU, after a little search, I found out that it has a mere 20A on both 12v rails... Which isn't good :P

This is the only one that I could find on Amazon without going overboard.
    Computer: Intel I7-3770k @ 4.5GHz | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM | AMD 7970 GHz @ 1200/1600 | ASUS Z77-V PRO Mobo|

That's a little bit out of my price range... What about http://www.amazon.co.uk/Antec-Ea-650...146857&sr=1-15 ? Antec is trusted.

Or http://www.amazon.co.uk/Powercool-65...146857&sr=1-11 ? Is Powercool trusted? NEver heard of them.

The Antec PSU should do the trick, still only 22A, but 3 rails.

    -edit- waait, wut
1 x 8 pin PCI Express power with detachable 2 pin section
oh, Amazon is incorrect. There's also a 6pin PCI-e cable.

Cool, I downgraded the 8GB RAM to 4GB because I'm not really sure if I'm gonna need 8.

H67 unleashes the i5's Integrated Graphics Chip (which should not be used solely for graphics, that's why you avoid WAL-MART comps.)

P67 loses the integrated graphics but gains overclocking ability which is what you need most from an i5, they are AMAZING at overclocking I love mine and you can OC one from 4.3-4.6 depending on the quality of your own chip without increasing voltage.

Z67 gains both the integrated graphics and overclock ability, best win although not really needed.

Go for P67 or Z67, and if you are bent on stock cooling, I'd advise against going past 4.0. If you desire an aftermarket cooler I cannot recommend my Antec 620 All-in-one water cooling enough.

    Luck.

I don't know why I was messing around with PSU's on a brittish website when we have different cables in Sweden.. ;P

How much Watt is needed for this build? Would 500 work fine? Or do I need like 600?

Was thinking of buying Corsair CX V2 500W
