Couple of days ago I saw someone post a list of bad PSU manufacturers, I tried searching for it but I didn't find anything. Does anyone know where I can find a list like this?

I can't help with the BAD list, there are just too many.
But these are the good ones http://www.overclock.net/power-suppl...-supplies.html
I wasn't really talking about individual PSUs but the manufacturers as most stores don't share the exact same model.
And recommended ones work just as fine as untrusted ones.
Does anyone know if AXP is any good?
AXP is made by Superflower who mostly makes low end psu units that I know of.
CM 690II Advanced / Lamptron FC-6 / Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 / G Skill Sniper Series (2x4)8GB 1.25V DDR3 1600 / CM Hyper 212+ / I5 2500k stock / 2x MSI HD 6950 2GB ( Reference / Stock ) Crossfire / Corsair TX850 V2 ES / Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 7200RPM / Sony CD/DVD / Windows 7
Overclocking almost done! 4.4 GHZ still working on it!! Wait.......where is all that smoke coming from?
Any brand you've never heard of is a good start, then look at the price...under £40 ($55) is another factor of quality.
As a rule of thump: if its cheap and light, than its bad. If its expensive and heavy, than its good. Really good PSUs tend to weight a lot!

These are considered tier 5. They are the worst of the worst and should never be used in anything other than a computer that does email and nothing else. (Credit to eggxpert for list).
There are some exceptions though, the Kingwin Lazer is not a tier 5 for example.
Whole list is here. http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx very very useful
Of course, some ratings are subjective. Don't take it as gospel.
i7 930 @ 4.0Ghz | Sapphire HD5970 w/ Accelero Xtreme | ASUS P6X58D Premium | 32GB Kingston DDR3-1600
Xonar Essence STX | 128GB Vertex 4 | AX750 | Xigmatek Elysium
Laing D5 | XSPC RX 360mm | Koolance RP-452X2 | EK-Supreme HF
Dell 3007WFP-HC | Samsung BX2350 | Das Keyboard Model S Ultimate | Razer Naga Molten | Sennheiser HD650
Add Enermax to it.
Died in about 2 month.
Was "repaired" PC randomly reboots 1-3 times a day. (no, it's not mem and neither motherboard, nor GPU, replaced all of them already)
Oh, and PSU that I bout for 90 euros now costs over 120. (exactly the same model)
PS
Oh, it's listed as "tier 1". Says a lot about that list.

Enermax is among the best PSU makers. If YOU had one problem with their products, it does not automatically mean that all their products are bad. Failures happen.
There is the list I was looking for! Thank you!
Slightly off topic but is this a good PSU? Corsair GS800 800W
It's what I'm planning to buy and it costs roughly €95.
