I feel something is missed out, or... Whats the next step?

Heya, I need some help with gear, I've been to a few original cata raids, but I still feel my gear is wrong, or my reforging is wrong.
If it is not, what is my next step? You guy's have helped me in the past, please help me again.

Well, don't get why some items you haven't reforged and some are with haste to crit, while others crit to haste.

to make it simple I would follow something like this

Items without haste, take another stat (not hit or spirit) and reforge to haste
Items without hit or spirit, take another stat (not haste) and reforge to it.
ofc if you are already at hit cap, no need to reforge anymore into hit, instead try to keep mastery and crit around the same.

Spec is fine, and gems are fine too, don't see much of a problem.
Personally I am staying below hitcap in order to have more haste, ofc if a dot miss you need to be quick to recast it, and it might suck to miss on a MB (does lovly crits)
But I see higher dps by doing this, rather than when capping hit first

You need to change a few gems/enchants and alot of reforging. If your ok with being quite a bit under hit cap, reforge your gloves to haste instead of spirit.
