I will be making a free account to twink out a lvl 20, im thinking a pally with the boa with crusader enchant would be best, Maybe a prot.
Anyone got good ideas or tips? What is the best FG at lvl 20 fully geared and enchanted?

Why not just level a toon to 20 and turn off xp?

You can mail BoA's to your bound trial account, but your characters on that account can't use the in game mail to pick them up.

Trial Account maxes at 20...
How do you get BoA gear on a trial account?

NO, you can't use any form of the mailing feature.
You can't get crusader enchant either. You can only enchant your own stuff up to skill 100. All primary professions are maxed at 100.
