Tidyplates question

Hi, I was wondering if there is an option to

#1: Make it so guild tags show in tidyplates, I have the option enabled in blizzard UI but i cant find the option in Tidyplates
#2: Can you change the distance at which the names fade in and out?

Not sure of the first, but certainly the second cannot be adjusted.
It is a fixed value hard-coded into the client and not something we can adjust.
