The other day as I was going to bed, a curious question entered my head.
What colour would you personally most associate with a hero?
(If you feel like doing so, please feel free to describe a hero you imagined, or post a picture of one you drew here.)
(I have also chosen "Other" just to make it fair, since I want to know what you think.)

Well I mean I could go with the obvious and say white, as in white knight, but I lean towards blue and/or red. Red strikes me as a powerful color and blue, well I'm not sure why really but something about it seems like a "heroic" color.

Colour is a valid spelling. American english dropped the u in most words that now end in "or." Like bourne to born(also dropped an e, at least, i think the e was there), honour to honor, rumour to rumor etc.

Blue, mainly because of Superman to be honest.
Black and purple seem kind of evil to me.

Purple is my personal favorite and what I picked. Purple may often represent homosexuality, though to be honest I find rainbow is the real color for LGBT. But it also represents nobility, sacrifice(purple heart), violence from red, and wise from blue. Traits of a hero.
Blue is soothing, sad, but also lawful. Typical for a hero.
Red is love and war- perfect for the tragic anti-hero
Orange and yellow are somewhat similar in the sense they're just bold colors but too cheerful for a hero.
Black is also good for an anti-hero, but mostly associated with villainy.
White is too clean, its why doctors wear white to represent cleanliness, doesn't really work with a hero, not to say doctors aren't heroes since they pretty much save lives.
Pink, lol.
Green just reminds me of vomit and phlegm, it also reminds me of nature which isn't very heroic.

Blue pretty much for me because of Star Wars.
Luke, Obi-wan and Anakin (good guys) used blue sabers while the villains like Darth Vader and the emperor used red ones.

When I thought of heroes the first ones I thought of were Spiderman, Batman, Superman, and Ironman. I voted red.

I think of yellow, or gold. With perhaps white/silver if there had to be a secondary color to the costume or whatever.

i dont want to be blue cuz it will make me like from avatar. I would like to color white =) fresh white and pure lol
