Altaria gets access to Heat Wave (Lucario being weak to fire) from turoring as well, along with Roost and Heal bell.

My only other suggestion is one of the Latias, and it isn't out yet with PB.
(M)Aggron still has the fighting weakness, though.

Think about what you have to do to that poor Paras though...
You let the mushroom eat its brains

Glorious Filter. Mega Aggron is a big middle finger to physicals, and can even wall special with some investment and Curse egg moved.

    True, it still hurts, though.

Indeed, but you could probably spare to have Rest on it after 2 Curses and it'll barely feel anything, the only issue by then would be offensive power, which it still has impressive stats on, but it's still a tank.

    Altaria also has Tailwind.
Feather Dance or Swagger / Psych Up work, too.
Hell, even Trick Room if you chose that.

Indeed, it can pull some nice tricks. And it's adorable to boot!

Bulky gyarados? Intimidate and resists both stabs, neutral to crunch/extremespeed, and can threaten to OHKO with EQ.

Edit: to check or revengekill it's even easier and any scarfer can do it pretty much.

    I'd even go with Moxie.

    Choice Scarf Moxie Gyarados.
    Takes out, gets stronger.

Moxie: Attack is raised by one stage when the Pokémon knocks out another Pokémon

Not sure if choicescarf moxie on earthquake is that convenient. They see you outspeed their lucario so they know you're scarfed and can swap into flying/levitate and have a free turn.

No choice then, Dragon Dance / Earthquake works as well.
No healer of course so nothing for Well's team.

How can you do that? I tried but can't even reach his flame since he wont turn around in Poke Amie.

    This guy gets it.

He also has quite respectable Attack stat and quite unique scaling (weight) on his great STAB move, which favors him greatly.

Of course like all mons, he has his weaknesses.

Show him a special fighting, ground or fire move and he melts.

That's why you use him as physical wall. Also he has Filter which covers this a bit.

    252+ Atk burned Mega Aggron Heavy Slam (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 144-169 (47.3 - 55.5%) -- 18.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Burn him, recover of the heavy slam, win!

He isn't a sweeper. Just tank with respectable offense. You can always come with counter-strategies to anything. To anyone.
