its a lighter shade of blue. all the pokemon with dark colours are a lighter shade ingame. probably has something to do with being able to see the details on the 3ds. Originally Posted by Redmage

You can't get from the colour on the left to the colour on the right without adding green. Shade is nothing to do with it. Originally Posted by Immitis

Not the same color. If it is, it's a completely different shade. Either way it looks bad. It's not the dark blue in the concept art Originally Posted by Immitis

The backlighting of the DS is what makes it look a different colour. It's effectively the same colour.
