Im beginning to think I have the worst luck ever. I tried spamming sweet scent for 1h 30min straight and saw not a single shiny in any of the hordes. I killed some, caught some, and ran even. Nothing. My luck is horrible.

dont bother power shotting, learn the pattern and beat the circles before they expire, this will open up a circle in the middle you can spam to finish the baloon quickly

I used my adamant Blaziken. I already had him fully ev trained in Attack / Sp.Attack. Raising each of those attacks makes them hit harder. I pretty much at some was just spamming my shooting.

I need a 6th member of my casual battling team. I will have Aegislash, Alakahzam, Arcanine, Dusknoir, and Scizor. Something says I want a Water type but I'm willing to sacrifice that if I see to be weak to a type.

Went on holiday for a bit over a week, spent the flights and down time masuda'ing Scythers.

17 full boxes of Scyther babies later, i get a shiny and it has Swarm instead of Technician.

Pretty sure you can swap abilities now with an item. Just not to hidden abilities. Not sure what it's called but been mentioned in this thread a couple of times.

Yeah, the Ability Capsule can switch between the primary and secondary ability and can be bought for 200BP. Not sure if it's consumed on use, but I'm guessing it is.
