Question regarding ForteXorcist Cooldown Timer

On my priest, the ICD for Power Torrent and Volcanic Destruction show up on my Cooldown Timer. I recently leveled my Boomkin to 85, and copied my priest's profile and modified it accordingly. For some reason though, Power Torrent and Volcanic Destruction won't show up on my Cooldown Timer (even if I use my priest's direct profile, it doesn't show up). Does anyone know why this might be happening, or how to make the ICD appear? Thanks.

EDIT: I'm using Power Torrent and Volcanic Destruction as an example. This seems to happen with all ICDs, also including Theralion's Mirror (which works fine on my priest).

DOUBLE EDIT: Nevermind. I'm dumb. I never turned on Forte_Druid. Derp. Move along~
