Mobo chipset and drivers

I have been having some trouble with my comp lately when I boot up. I think it is motherboard problems because I never updated my drivers when I built the comp.

My motherboard is an asus p8p67m-pro. How do I go about updating the chipset and other drivers, and where would I find the necessary downloads?

Well often I can't adjust my sound, there are strange graphical glitches with windows 7, I have gotten a few blue screens because of random freeze ups, and today windows wouldn't boot normally.
