Just a reminder, when you build a Sandy Bridge system, get RAM that can run at 1.500V. The memory controller in the chip isn't too hardy when it comes to overvolting. My RAM is rated for 1.550V, but I have it running at 1.500V.
    Super casual.

    The RAM suggested was 1.5v.

Thanks for all the input everyone, with revisions it looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/28GwL.png

Why spend so much on RAM modules? Save $50 by going with:

That 750W is too low for SLI and way too overkill for a single 580. Go with a good 600-650W PSU instead to save some cash, or a good 800W+ for SLI.
You can drop the WD: Caviar Black to a Spinpoint F3 to save a few dollars. Same performance.

For $300, you should go for a 23-24'' IPS panel and not a 27'' TN panel imo.
Dell make some good/not too expensive IPS panels (I have the Dell U2311H and trust me once you go IPS, you'll never go back )

2 articles might intrest you and help.
One of them is about microstuttering SLI/CF.
The other is about how to calculate how much PSU you will need.

OP is getting a single 580 - SLi is of no interest right now - yes, there is some microstuttering, but it's still usually the best bang for buck solution to improve graphics performance if you already have a very strong card and a Sli-ready motherboard.

Also, there are about 20 different PSU calculators, the one that I trust the least is TH.
