    Bang for the buck?

    *edit* mobo, hdd, ram
CASE: Nox NX-1 EVO Black 39,64e
    RAM: Corsair DDR3 Vengeance PC3-1600 8GB 49,00e
    GPU: Powercolor ATI HD6850 PCS+ 1GB DDR5 156,00e
    CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K 184,50e
    PSU: Corsair V2 CX600W 63,50e
    MOBO: MSI P67A-C43 97,90
HDD: Samsung 1TB SATA II 51,91e
    Cooler: Corsair A70

    602,24 € *edit* 679,35

need opinion on a cooler, on the case and the psu, everything else i think its fine. should i go for 8gb of ram because of fraps and other programs running in the background while playing? i know i should get more than 500gb of HDD, i'll do that later.

Mostly for Wow and cs 1.6(i know i know, if it where for those games it would be a fucking overkill, right?) although i know my brother is going to cry and want to play mostly new FPS so yeah.

I also want to do video rendering/editing w/ vegas & fraps

You get lot better speed for video capture if you have two HDD's.

Also with H67 motherboard you can not overclock the CPU so you might want to change that to P67 model instead.

Honestly, if you're going to do any substantial amount of rendering, I would recommend the 2600k, plus combine that with rumors of BF3 able to use hyperthreading it's a better option if you can increase the budget.

Also, yes, go 8 gigs, 1600 preferably. and for cooler, Hyper 212, Noctua NH-D14 will do great.

And agree with the poster above going with at least a P67 motherboard.

bad with browsing euro sites, plus my configurator, etc...

    moboMsi P67 without SLi/CF support – $89.99
    ramCorsar 1600 MHz Vengeance Low-Profile 2X4GB – $57.99
    hdd1Samsung Spinpoint 1TB – $59.99
    hdd2Samsung Spinpoint 1TB – $59.99
    sinkCorsair A70 – $41.42

That's the mobo ram and 2XHDD's I would recommend, as well as a cooler.

I looked around on the website i'm planing to buy the parts and i found that one. big fail of me not checking that the h67 would be able to OC.

RAM: Corsair DDR3 Vengeance PC3-1600 8GB (2x4GB), this seem a lit big, will the cooler fit?

rendering will be the first time i will be doing it so i dont even know if its going to be a thing for me. (currently using a laptop w/ intel t3200 @ 2.00ghz & geforce 9300gs so cant even fraps ...)

HDD: Question, if I get one Samsung Spinpoint 1TB, can't i make partitions, 1 for os, another for storage and wont it behave like having os in 1hdd and storage in another hdd?

No you need 2 different drives to get the performance increase for frapsing.
With just 2 different partitions on the same drive, you can still only read/write to one of them at a time.
