That and the quest for the hunter bow have been removed from the game.

Unfortunately, no. The items required for it no longer drop, and even if they did, I don't think the quest exists anymore.

Wowhead is correct.
With the Shattering, all class-specific quests such as "A Test of Light and Shadow" have been removed, meaning that this item is no longer available in-game. The Eye of Shadow is still there, but the Eye of Divinity no longer drops in Molten Core.I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish. Every inch, but one. An inch.
