Price range 90-140$ I need one that will make me run at least 25FPS in 25 man raids right now I'm going 20 on some fights and 13 on others with tons of aoe and it's really effecting my performance.

I don't think you can upgrade your graphic card on a laptop. You might have to call the manufacturer and see what they can do for you.

Like 99% of modern laptops can't be upgraded by the consumer and even if the manufacturer did offer to upgrade it they'd charge you a hefty price ($400 or so usually).
