Hunter icons on website buttons

What's the deal with the hunter icons on the top menu buttons when you hover over them? new "feature", bug, just me?

oh and i did check the ot forums for something similar, onyl noticed this today

/sigh, they'd been like this for about the last hour or so? and as soon as i make a forum thread, they've disappeared and it's working fine
