I need help

Ok, so I need help with my priest. I´m in this game for 5 years now. Have played a lot of classes sucesfuly as a prot/fury warrior; a resto druid; a hunter; holy paladin. But I suck as a shadow priest. I need really basic information how to do rotations and such because I feel ashamed everytime I enter ZA/ZG and can do over 9k dps with 355 ilvl gear.
