no it's the same. 3202 is the next point where imp DP gets it's next bump in damage which works completely independent of DI/any haste buffs (racial, heroism, etc...)

I'm ashamed to say I didn't quite understand why the 3202 rating was as it is regardless of DI/goblin either.
On the other hand owing to piss poor drops, I've been languishing at ~3100 for what seems like months now.
