Every lesson is pretty much the same, too.
I finish what we were supposed to do the entire lesson in 10-20 minutes, he gives me some exercises to do, I ace/nearly ace them, he gives me another one, repeat until the end of time.

We did a lot of roleplaying, and there were group discussions like 70% of the time. Mostly about philosophy and literature.
Oh, and A LOT of reading. I Am Legend, 1984, Brave New World, and Crime & Punishment were mandatory.

Do want with the burning hot fury of a thousand suns. My teacher pretty much tells us to read a novel and we pick whatever we want from Harry Potter to The Scarlet Letter and he carefaces at what we choose to read. I've pretty much given up hope on having any kind of roleplay or group discussion.

Number's still at 6 for those wondering.

Jikes. We all had to read the smae book so that every other week we'd have group discussions about symbolism and all that sort of thing.
Discussed the book 2-3 chapters at a time, significance of actions and... Who knows really, we just liked talking.
And the teacher prefered to keep us talking so you could improve and he could judge pronunciation.

I mean, after 12 years you should know the grammar already, so the focus was mainly on the oral bit.

My teacher pretty much just feeds us grammar everyone already knows. It feels pretty weird when he makes errors in correcting my tests so I have to correct him, why is this guy teaching me, again? It's pretty funny how he always wants us to use the words he's "taught" us in the last few days when we do the tests when synonyms fit perfectly into the sentence anyway. Considering how much time I spend sleeping in class, that doesn't really work.

Our teacher was an american who couldn't speak a word of Swedish.
Best teacher I've ever had, actually. But if I recall, I'm older than you (?)
