That's what military time is. Seems more convenient, but Skelington isn't switching any time soon.

Well if you by daylight savings mean setting the clock back one hour then i'm quite sure they have.
And as far as i know it's sunday night we set the clock back one hour

Less range in numbers. Realistically you only have one set of 1-4 o'clock as well as 10-12 o'clock in the business world. Breaching those boundaries doesn't happen so often.
