As far as current shows, Walking Dead is really the only one I care about. And I have even lost some of my interest in it too since it became about turf wars instead of a group of likable people trying to survive zombies. Including past shows though, I would say Dragonball Z is my all time favorite. As the years have gone by, every other cartoon I ever liked started seeming childish and stupid at some point, but Dragonball Z is just as epic to me now as it was a decade ago. And no, not Kai.

I did like Walking Dead for a bit, S1 was very good, then it got very 'Prison Break' - For me, just feels a bit soap opera-y now and the story line is treading water.

Dexter! So sad to see it going on to its final season.

Maybe...They said they'll see how this season does and if it does well enough they'll extend it. I think that's a terrible idea though. Just let it die while it's still good. Although the last season was the worst of them. Not sure if it was because I was expecting it to be so good or maybe because they focused more on Deb, who I hate except when she's comic relief.

The Good Wife is really good, from the outside it looks like a boring seks drama but infact it's a very good series about a laywer firm. Christine Baranski is amazing in it (Leonard's mother in TBBT) (Just like Homeland that on first glance (season 1 front/screenies, awful choice) looked like a boring militairy series like the terrible JAG, but it's amazing).

From your list I only dislike HIMYMother, love the rest.
