The entire Star Trek franchise. That is pretty much it as I have not seen any other t.v. show as I am not a t.v. person. Planning on watching the Stargate franchise later on. I am into science fiction so I will probably end up watching all those popular science fiction shows at some point.

Breaking Bad. By far the best show on television. CSI(Vegas) and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia are 2 and 3.

Alphas, Blue Mountain State, Breaking Bad, Burn Notice, Californication, Castle, Dexter, Eureka, Firefly, Fringe, GoT, House, Justified, Life, Suites, Walking Dead and Weeds. That's my list
Hopefully I can add Homeland to that list, the Pilot they showed on youtube was pretty good, started off slow but that's just a pilot getting you ready for the rest of the season can't wait. Also Damian Lewis is one of my favorite actors you don't see around much.

Skins was great to begin with. I only suffered through the second generation due to knowing a certain "redheaded" actress in it IRL, and by the third I couldn't bear it anymore.

Lots of great shows listed in this thread, many that need no explanation. That said, one of my favourites is The Mentalist if only because it's charming. You don't often get to walk away from a crime drama with a smirk on your face.
You know that pandas eat bamboo, there. They love the bamboo. You get, eh, you get a panda? And you got a bamboo in your backyard? It'll ruin it. Right? You got bamboo furniture? Well, uh, well, pandas go nuts.
