    New comp

Hello I'm currently searching the market for a new gaming PC I don't have a large wallet and can only spend about 700 I am willing to build my own "but it is not mandatory" The PC I have now runs wow on ultra in org at 25 fps and cannot even load black ops and crashes halfway through the game in bullet storm I am looking for something that will play WOW very well and Diablo 3 Starcraft Skyrim and all new games at high graphics levels.

    OPERATING SYSTEM:
    Windows 2.6.1.7601 (Service Pack 1)
    CPU TYPE:
    AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400
    CPU SPEED:
    3.23 GHz
    SYSTEM MEMORY:
    3 GB
    VIDEO CARD MODEL:
    ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series
    VIDEO CARD MEMORY:
    1.74 GB
    VIDEO CARD DRIVER:
    aticfx32.dll
    DESKTOP RESOLUTION:
    1920x1080
    HARD DISK SIZE:
    465.66 GB
    HARD DISK FREE SPACE:
    410.33 GB (88%)
    DOWNLOAD SPEED:
    383.6 kB/s (3.1 mbps)

    Thats what I have now

Oh and on a side note if i open my case up and put a huge fan directed at the box it runs black ops at a low FR
The CPU is a Republic of gamer's with the matching MOBO thats what i think at least and i got the info from the blizzard beta profile setting page and i dont think my video card has that much VRAM. I am willing to upgrade any parts also if its not worth buying a new PC.

The Llano APUs are great for budget builds at or below $400. Above that there are better hardware.
