Anyway, D3 beta is just about 1 hour span per character for there is only one act. So no need to be too frustrated.

It's not game breaking, but it's not all about their aesthetic design, either. Worgen females ARE buggy, and if you don't think so then you don't play one. Try creating a worgen female rogue and cast Mutilate. See how her back just breaks? A good chunk of the animations are buggy as hell, plagued with clipping, tearing, and unnatural bending. No other player model in the game has these issues. Heck, even most if not all NPC models don't have them.
Try creating a female worgen hunter and equip the Demon Stalker Greathelm. Does that look like they tried hard to make sure all helms fit well on the model? There are lots of other helms with similar problems to that, too. Do some emotes on your female worgen, and cringe at how her mouth tears when she smiles, laughs, or tries to do anything but scowl.
The fact is, the model was pushed out just weeks before the Beta ended. That didn't give a whole lot of time to test it. For a good 90% of the Beta, female worgens were not playable, or even selectable for a good majority of the time. Oh, and remember those "inside out" worgen female NPCs that were everywhere at release? Yeah. That's the Blizzard polish we've come to know and love, right?
No, it wasn't game breaking, and it's still not game breaking. But the expansion clearly was not ready, was clearly rushed, and is clearly suffering for it.
And for Blizzard to continue to claim they only release products when they're ready? It's downright insulting.

Name one gaming producer on the same platform with the same success rate of products. This is not a fanboy war, but when you look at Apple, Google and in this case Blizzard - each being trend-setting in their markets - and you wonder about their unorthodox decisions/strategies, have you ever stopped to wonder.. maybe it's because it works? I don't in any way claim that Blizzard is a perfect company - there is simply no such thing. But it's clearly a strategy for them to never release a product until they're 100% satisfied, and so far it's worked out pretty well for them.
