Some more advice + working on pies now!

Hi Computer Forum of Ninja Recommenders,

I am in need of some more advice for a newer system build. Requirements/parameters:

-- handles WoW (easy) and STWOR (harder)
-- Budget = $1100
-- Already have: GPU (NVIDIA 560 x 1); Monitor; Keyboard; Mouse
-- Additional guidance:
-- 1 HD (don't want 2)
-- Case smaller than HAF 922 (but not a deal breaker). Quiet is better than small.
-- Potential advice on SSD for an OS boot


I've finished mastering cookies and working on pies now. Should I work on apple? cherry? pumpkin? pecan? or chocolate next?

Antec Sonata Series SOLO II(video review) - Smaller than the haf 922 and sports noise damping material on both side panels. Starting at 5:40 in the vid makes me lol everytime.

Price could be an issue though. Also note the top mounted psu but that allows the full length of the case for video cards to be installed.

Where do you live and do you include windows 7 in your budget?

Ivy Bridge will be a better TDP/perf probably but I'm running on a box that is 5 years old at this point. They say it will be pin compatible but the current mobo chipset may or may not work with a new IB.
Bulldozer -- unclear what perf/power target they will hit in actual usercases.

Also, looking for any other mobo recommendations. Gigabyte? ASRocks (though some report about BSOD and stability on Win7 on new egg)?

After reading the SSD thread this morning, some say Crucial M4 or Intel 510 series or Intel 320 or nothing is really good for price/perf at this point and we are still waiting. Fun.
