This post is not complaining about not getting into the beta or anything but just a question about my opt-in form.
For a long time I have had the opt-in filled out and I had the info about my computer's details on it. However, recently it has taken my info off. It says i need to re download the opt-in application, so I did. After clicking "send" it brings me to the support site and says "We are sorry, but we couldn't find any results matching your search term or the article you have tried to view is currently not available." I am no sure what is wrong because i cannot get into the opt-in anymore...
Try to login to your account, download the updater, then logout before you run it. Once you've logged out, run the updater and it should bring you to the login screen and from there redirect you to the correct page.
