Need help identifying a badass game from my childhood

I used to play it in the arcade when I was a kid ( about 11-12 years ago) although it looked like it was from 1994 or something. It was a 2D game where you played with 4 characters. One character was a black guy with a green shirt, yellow pants ( I think) and a hat. There was a white guy with a light blue shirt and jeans, he had brown hair. There was a white chick with black hair and she wore a red shirt. There was also a big muscular guy who wore an orange shirt. I remember that this game had alot of dinosaurs in it. You played as one of these 4 characters and killed a bunch dinosaurs and some people. It was a 2d side scrolling game. Your characters used to hand to hand combat. I remember the black guy having this badass spinning kick move and he was always my favorite. There were a bunch of levels with a boss at the end. I think the third boss was on a motorcycle and your characters were on a black car. You kept chasing after him to take him down (or maybe it was the other way around, I don't remember). That specific level took place is a desert environment.

So yeah that is everything that I remember from that game. Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, can you tell me what the name of this game is?

I think that's the original Golden Axe. Except that the clothing descriptions don't quite match.

Streets of Rage Possibly only thing I can think of. Not sure about the dinosaurs though.

Its very similar to Golden Axe but its set in a more futuristic time period. You have guns, cars and also some cyborgs/robots if I remember correctly.
