Okay, how about this: put a normal, full-grown woman wearing the same clothes, using the same pose, the same expression, and the same "cinematography." Would you still say the subject is not being sexualized?

I disagree. A very large percentage of magazines are published based on the idea that their magazine covers will attract the attention of their targeted demographic, and these covers are usually going to use sex to sell - or, at least, to get the attention of the intended consumers. Doesn't that imply that society as a whole would have a general idea of what is and isn't sexualized?
