Yeah, I don't sleep very well if I use sedatives to fall asleep. I'll sleep for 8 hours and wake up tired anyway.

I sleep rather good on Zolpidem but the side-effects are horrible, I've been talking to my pillow, thinking my bf has been lying next to me even though he's not even in the apartment, feeling someone grabbing me even though I'm alone and other stuffs. Have no idea where I am after I taken them either.

I've actually got sleeping pills but they mess with me so bad.

I've been thinking about getting a prescription for pills too, but that kinda puts me off

Yes, but it closes in a few months and Tiili cant get Skype working

It is the medication, it's rather scary taking it at times. I do stuff I can't even remember, could rape me and I'd have no clue what has happened to me. :/
