basicly the video shows you chakra working in other specs. ( i bet more disc priests would use renew if the find out it will be refreshed )

You know what the video doesn't show you? That the buff is cleared when you zone. Now don't come and say "But I just left SW and still have it". Of course I mean zoning with a loading screen, i.e. every raid instance, etc.
