How much should I be charging for enchants?

I am an enchanter, and mats are pretty expensive on my server.

Dust = 10g
Essence = 80g
Shards = 100g

I have crystals to boot, so that isn't an issue.

I am wondering what I should really be charging...nobody wants to pay 400+g for an enchant, and so I end up losing money whenever I give in an enchant something. Any advice, or is there a formula or something I could be using?

I always charge 100-200g more than the material cost, if somebody wants an enchant the price won't matter much to them (within reason), Don't enchant for tips it just encourages people to do that 24/7, people may say "but it's not worth that much", it's your time and effort you've put into leveling and making the enchants.

Prices vary depending on how good the enchant is and how many others are listing enchants, see how much you can push the price up before you begin to stop selling quickly, just keep it reasonable and worthwhile selling.
