Demo and 4 PC T11

Hey, I recently have started to enjoy playing Demo on my warlock a lot. I was able to get the 4pc T11 but I have no idea what to do with the proc. Where does it come in the priority list?

I personally put it just below Hand of Gul'dan it hits pretty hard.

it is nice, but IIRC it figures out to around 300 DPS increase using it when it is up in the proper priority

just throwing that out there, it's once but nowhere near gamebreaking
