You can try the forums. I know there are a few raiding guilds on Defiant side for sure and it is not lacking on population from what I can see.

Try the Rift main forums they have a travel shard hub thread it's a good tool for guilds recruiting cross shard. We've picked up some good players through it.

Just a recommendation, when making these sorts of posts you should probably state what your raiding experience is and how geared your character is, amongst other things.
