Basically, I'm trying to configure a new UI on my paladin. But FX is getting in my way, and I can't find out how I can move the bars on the left side of my screen, which I highlighted below in this picture. Any help would be appreciated on how I can fix this.

Try to hold shift and then drag while keeping it pressed. It works for most things.

Up the top of the spell timer options, there's a little padlock icon, click that.
