MSI Twin Frozr II have the best coolers, apart from that the overclocking is just different depending on the brand.

Are you guys shitting me or am I just hallucinating?? On that page that OP linked there's a 560 Ti DirectCu II card for £160 and you guys are rambling on about some £200 Twin Frozr card having better price/quality??

Pretty sure I said MSI has the best cooling available. For a 40£ difference I would probably go with a different company though.

well that's some discount i didn't saw, asus normal price is higher than msi. In that case Asus DU2 will be a good choise, although i read it has problems with a fan noise.

I noticed this one had a higher engine clock speed

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-TOP-PCI.../ref=de_a_smtd

    than

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-GeForce.../ref=de_a_smtd

is it worth the extra £20?

No. You can slide up that clock speed yourself (literally takes a few seconds), that card is in fact aimed at overclocking

I read the Twin Frozr is too loud and doesn't provide appropriate cooling to it's memory chips : /

The two cards are more or less equal in cooling, the Twin Frozr might run 1-2c cooler at most.

it gets noticeable under full load, but not loud for sure. In idle it's very quiet. Don't know about memory chips but Core never runs past 60C in load.

I got the Asus one from Newegg. Never seen it go above 55 C, or even 50 C in most cases (playing The Witcher 2/Dragon Age 2 maxed), but I also have some nice airflow. I went Asus Mobo, GFX, and HDD, and they all work very nicely. I like Asus this time around.

Regular Asus GTX560 ti (the one I got).
OC'd Asus GTX560 ti (don't trust them to OC sometimes, but onnly $5 more if you want it...).

Running for about a month now, destroys every game. Haven't even OC'd my i5 2500k or this GFX card yet, no need.

This is why we need more 120hz monitors going around at lower prices >_< people forever capped in their 60 fps worlds...

I personally would go for this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/KFA2-GTX560-...8522459&sr=1-1

I know from experience that even when hardcore folding it is beastly quiet and cool.
