Epic meta gems in 4.3?

Hello guys and girls!

On my realm suddenly loads of people started to sell their meta gems for almost nothing.
Did I miss something?
As far as I'm aware we won't get epic metagems, so the meta's we have now will sell good when 4.3 hits.
Can anyone tell me why they are selling their gems for <40g? (normal price on my realm around 100g)

As of the latest PTR update they added the epic gem design vendor which has no meta designs on it. I would think that it is very unlikely that there will be epic metas.

There has never been epic meta gems, so most likely there will not be any in 4.3.

I'd guess someone has been dumping pyrite after the reveal that it won't prospect for epics, and thats flooding the market with cheap uncommon gems.
