"The drop chances for Son of Galleon's Saddle, Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent, Reins of the Cobalt Primordial Direhorn, Reins of the Thundering Cobalt Cloud Serpent, and Solar Spirehawk have been greatly increased."

I can't believe this is happening

What does greatly increased mean? Does anyone know the raw percentage?

There's literally no way someone could know, all anyone knows is speculation based on reported drops online. I think in the past Blizzard has hinted that most are 1%, but these are lower though.

Even if it went from .5 to 1%, that's still a huge increase for these big time sinks.

    Probably from 1% to 2%

With every hotfix I'm hoping a fix to the stuttering and with every hotfix that's the only thing they don't fix.

not "hinted", wowhead has actual ingame collected data on raid mounts for example and they're all 1%.

safe to assume these too have been buffed to 1%.
interesting though is that you get twice the odds if you roll with the coins.

world boss mounts were between 0.1% and 0.01% previous to this, so a massive buff.

The number I usually heard was that they were in the 0.1% range, so even bumping them to 1% would be pretty significant.

Either way the chance the weekly pandaria poke is going to give something is nice

Hey, might be worth sending my 50 char army at those for a week and see how many i can snag.

The mounts from the MoP world bosses have historically been in the 1/2000 range. The Solar Spirehawk was roughly 1/500.

This change likely normalizes them by putting them at 1/100.

Statistically I may just be able to get the 3 I'm missing before DF launches if I send my alt army at it. Especially with MoP mounts being bonus rollable.

1% is 1 in 100, 2% is 1 in 50. According to rarity, Pandaria world bosses had 1 in 2000, WoD 1 in 500. 1% for this type of activity would be massive improvement.

Check your addons and stuff. Even if they load properly and stuff it could be causing an issue. I know I had that issue and then I reloaded everything from scratch, removed the WTF to get rid of old settings and haven't had that problem since.

Don't have any. And my WoW is a clean install from like a week ago.

It's an issue lots of people are having since the pre-patch arrived.

Open your WoW folder directory and under Retail > WTF > Config.txt paste this into the file: SET GxAllowCachelessShaderMode “0”

Most of my guild had the same thing since pre-patch week 1

    You're Welcome

Did you create a new account for this lol? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I already did that. It worked for a bit then it's back to stuttering again. At this point only Blizz can fix it tbh.

They increased the drop chance of these mounts because Evokers got them with 100% chance due to a bug.

They've had spawn protection for a long time so that hasn't been an issue since.

I'm gonna guess something like from 0.1% to 5-10% - either way, good news for collectors.
