You MUST mean it will last 7 more months...LOL

In reality, it will lose about 1 million players a quarter. So when Blizzard has there quarterly announcement in November of 2012, WoW will have less than 6 million players. And that is being very generous, I predict even less. Naturally, server consolidation will occur.

If you are still playing Warcraft in 3 years, which means it will be a 10 year old game, you must also enjoy Atari, Commodore 64, and Nintendo 8-bit games.
The graphics of Warcraft are well behind the times. This is without even talking about the failing game mechanics.

I bet the few models Blizz hasn't reused yet are hiding deep in a rarely-visited instance, fearing for their lives (well...their skins, anyway).

To be honest, though, I don't really care if Blizz does an anniversary pet or not. It would be nice to see something that took any effort at all, though. Sometimes a lazy effort is worse than no effort at all

I will enjoy this on my alts or something, those who are maxed out, oh well thats life you don't enjoy new alts /shrug.
    Year 4: Baby Blizzard Bear
    Year 5: Onyxian Whelpling

So if the only reason we got a pet is the 5-year milestone, what's year 4's Baby Blizzard Bear about?
And there's lots of pets still undone. Not to mention Blizzard is good in recolours. Seriously, how many different coloured cats do you have? How many bunnies?

For example, what's wrong with recolouring some of the Argent Tournament pets? Mulgore Hatchling or Elwynn Lamb just to name a few.
Besides, Blizzard was able to implement six new pets for the new Darkmoon Faire. Would coming up with a seventh pet really have been that difficult?

I can understand the complaints and admit, I too am a little disappointed.

7% experience bonus - yes that's what I need for sure... Clearly 8 characters on level 85 is not enough, might level another one now.

When Blizzard took away ATTUNEMENTS, why should I give them anything ??
The casuals give them everything, including their testicles/ovaries.

The beauty was, as a Top 5 World Guild, Blizz (and other sponsors) paid us.

maybe if it was something like 100% bonus for a week it would motivate me to do some molten core or something but 7% meh i guess its another nooby fos to throw on the pile

Many Hardcore Raiders left, and Top Guilds disbanded, during or after ICC. The content became too easy.

So we left the scraps for casuals like you. Enjoy.

    Thanks for proving my point.

Because so many Hardcore players have left, many guilds have to count on lesser players.
Also, there are less guilds because of mergers.
Therefore, when a 25-Man Raid has 10 Hardcore raiders and 15 casuals, it's difficult to be successful.

The hardcore raiders and top guilds disbanded after they removed attunements during and after ICC? As in Icecrown Citadel? Yeah. That's what happened. Right.
