I was pretty sure I posted a comment 5 min ago? Did a admin removed it or was it just a dream?I don't want complain about the tabard since I like, but I am just pretty sure it's a very old tabard there have been in the game all the time. It's not "for doing nothing", it's not "just for logging in". We are paying customers, some of us have been paying for seven years. A few years backs Blizzard gave us a pet for winning one bg during the chinese olympics, an event that's not even related to wow. The amount of effort to create a tabard or a pet is minimal compared to the money they make from our subscriptions, and the only thing they come up for their anniversary is a lame "can't keep" tabard like effect that is valid only two weeks.

A temporary, ugly tabard with a decent buff is how they award veteran players :/

Man this year people actually get something useful for anniversary and they still complain that it's not another pet that you also only use a week or so.

What? Where do you get THAT idea from? It's not to reward veteran players. Someone who is just playing since one month will get this reward.
And you know what? They will actually appreciate this reward and not complain like a bitter old women.

Guys, WoW has birthday - WE should give a present to it.

I was excited at first for my future monk, till i scrolled down to the fine print, o well lol...

There was mention of it that it was just a cover up, and temp fun item.

Dev 1: So, what are we giving to our players this year? Dev 2: A tabard we took five minutes to make. Dev 1: Well that's a little underwhelming. Will they be able to keep it after the event? Dev 2: What? Keep it? ARE YOU CRAZY?¿!

To everyone complaining about this GIFT, which is FREE, you know, you get if FOR DOING NOTHING: I hope you quit when Mists of Pandaria comes out, that attitude is just ridiculous and childish. Just be happy you're getting anything.

"I don't want this FREE GIFT that gives me an EXP and REP boost! I want a pet I'll probably never use after the Anniversary anyway that does nothing." Then if Blizzard gave you a pet; "Oh this sucks, worst pet ever, give us something better Blizz!" There's just no pleasing you people...

Blizzard's fault for setting this standard in Vanilla leaving people assuming we'd get a gift every year. I missed the 5th Anniversary for bc I was deployed. I still want the pet but I will never get it. Oh well!
