I don't get all the hate on twitch. It sounds like a good casual game to pass time!

Most people seem disappointed, but I am stoked about this. I have wanted to get into card games for a while and this seems like a great opportunity since I love the Warcraft universe.

There's a moral in there somewhere. I'm very glad it's not All-Stars related (we already have enough of that terrible genre) and this game looks pretty damn fun.

No comment about the game itself, but damn the blizzard cinematic team is awesome.

Looks really fun can't wait to try it out.

The rage is funny. In my opinion, this shows what kind of players Blizzard has been calling to (especially in WoW) for the last years. A few years ago this would have been well welcomed among the community. I see this as a neat little game. A game I am probably never going to play personally since card games is not interesting me at all. But it's still a neat game. I guess people expect to much from Blizzard, and that everything they do is supposed to be lifechanging. Blizzard is just a game company. It's not THE BEST game company. I was not expecting any big announcements, not at Pax for sure! and that's why i'm not disappointed

Honestly it doesn't look bad at all, it looks like a nice way to pass some time once in a while. It's just a small fun game, I'm all for that!

Can't wait to give this a try. I'd love to play the WoW TCG but don't have enough people IRL to play with.

I love how much more animated it is than the standard digital TCG games, plus the music and even voice acting!

Really excited. I haven't really played TCGs since I got out of highschool and lost contact with my old MTG buddies.

Looks fun and interesting, something that Magic failed to do with their shoddy console versions and garbage PC incarnation.

Wow. All i can say is what a horrible bunch of people post on these forums. A new, small scale really cool looking game is announced, and the reaction is just astonishing. It wasn't going to be a massive announcement but that misses the point... You do NOT have to like it, play it, like the sound of it. Nothing! But if you don't, show at least a shred of respect and don't just shit all over the game because of your personal fucking viewpoint.

Absolutely nothing wrong with what you just saw at all. The game looks polished, and it is indeed different. Fuck Blizzard for trying to branch out right?

I honestly expected a remake of an old game like Lost Vikings, but I'm pumped to play this! ^^

What did ppl expect tbh? No way in hell that they would announce titan/Wc4 or anything like that on PAX, wait for blizzcon ppl.

I think the main issue is not the game itself, but that it's another "free" to play game. We all know it won't be completely free if we want everything and that is fine, but the question is how we will have to pay. If it's a small monthly flat fee for access to the whole game then it's fine (for me at least), but I'm afraid it will be a bunch of micro-transactions that will amount to a lot if you want everything.

TCGs are "kiddy" to you? Man, that's sad. They're incredibly fun, providing you have the friends to play them with.

Oh well, feel free to play your "grown up" games like... Call of Duty and Madden or whatever constitutes non-kiddy in your mind.

I'm gonna try it out, but this being blizzard big surprise, with timer counting down and all, was really disappointing :P

And from the youtube clip, I don't really get it? Do you have the cards (and buy them) physically, or do you have them on your computer/tablet? Or both?

There. Right there. All your words lost their power. Everything you say is invalid. When you make assumptions such as "card games are for kids", you've lowered yourself to the hater level and nobody is going to listen.

I'm really excited for this. Never got into CCG's cuz most seemed to have complex rules and having to buy physical CCG's wasn't my thing.

But casual game, simple rules, F2P, Warcraft-themed but still with enough strategy to make it a challenge? Sounds good to me, I'll give it a spin! Would just hope that one could choose their hero instead of mages having to be Jaina and warriors having to be Garrosh, etc. Would be neat to be, say, Velen as a priest or Anduin, or Grom, Garrosh, Varian or Genn.

But nevertheless, really looking forward to seeing more of this, looks neat! =D
