I swear to God, if he drinks the blood after Garrosh goes through all the trouble to stop the Fel-Blood incident.
Drinking blood doesn't make orc go green all of a sudden. The green skin is a slow process of corruption, not directly from drinking blood, but from Fel magic influence. The green hue in the image is due to lighting. The cinematic will mostlikely cover the story before 6.0.1, and since we know Grom is brown ingame, there's no reason he would turn green in the cinematic.
Blizzard live wow game has suffered for the last 2 expansions and WoD is look as unimpressive as ever but damn it their cinematic movies are always off the charts.
Nothing else is really great about WoD but I bet the cinematic is nothing short of amazing.

maybe during the course of wod he drinks the blood nevertheless? what would make him do that?

why do all the warlords and other major characters look awesome in their simple yet stylized armor but we as players always have to wear something over the top?
