Vanion's interview confirmed that Archimonde will drop Crystallized Fel, allowing you to upgrade your ring's stats and proc to item level 795, gaining 3 item levels each time.

I don't know if you've ever done arenas but my guess would be that you haven't. You have to experience it to understand
Ashran is meant to be a very different experience than arenas. It is expected some will prefer one over the other. (holinka)

This is a problem of any progression system, not Ashran specific. What will we do once we're done? (holinka)

Perhaps, but I think to the majority of the player base Ashran is not fun. Every top Reddit thread is negative

Professions
If you have Nat Pagle does having bait or high fishing skill (900vs1100+) have any effect on chance to catch lunkers?
High fishing skill will increase your chance to catch lunkers; bait will not. (WarcraftDevs)

Computers - Setup of the Month
Each month or so we will post a couple of hardware setups for those of you who are thinking of upgrading their computer!

This month
The current SSD prices are fairly flat right now, with most SSDs under $0.50 per gigabyte when on sale.

New GPUs from AMD are here, but they aren't huge improvements over the previous generation.

Depending on how much you want to overclock, you may need to spend a bit more for a better CPU cooler like the NH-D14.

Unless you are doing a lot of video rendering or streaming, you do not need the 4790K and should spend that money elsewhere.

Make sure to keep your AMD and Nvidia drivers up to date.

    Its the same GPU, just new BIOS and double the memory, the memory does not help even at 4k, the GPU is not strong enough to push it.

    That means every hunter has to stand in melee range or the AOE damage will not hit the boss? Combine that with the Archimonde trinket that makes hunters stay as far away as they can this makes no effing sense!

    its been explained previously in this post, the person who activates the ring is the one who the explosion radiates from. Damage from the explosion is still assigned per player, but it all originates from the one character. So you would have a Melee active the ring, explosion goes off from that melee, every one in raid sees and gets assigned their own damage from said explosion.

    Yes "ledgendary" so it needs to be orange before it can be used on the ring, so it cant be used on the 680 Epic Rings, and i dont think its instant will require a few stages to reach 795

    I was going to say, that'd be pretty broken if we can just GIVE alts 795 rings off the bat.

    So is there going to be another squish in the next expansion? I fail to see what this actual squish did...numbers are getting out of hand again. 600 stamina on a ring? over 400 primary damage stat? what are they thinking...

    Hasn't been confirmed that HFC is the final raid instance either...It wouldn't make sense for it to be..even if they announce an expansion at blizzcon it won't be out until fall 2016/winter 2017 at best. They've shown us nothing in the form that they can push content out quicker with all these people working on wow. Even at best, the new expansion won't be out until May-June....another year long push on a tier...I think they're smarter than that, they know they won't get away with that crap again. If they do, I'd expect subs to drop under 5M for the first time.
