Achievements
  • Players can once again earn the achievement Stay Chill from the Conclave of Wind encounter in Throne of the Four Winds.

Covenants
  • Kyrian
    • Fixed an issue where Kynthia would not take off smoothly during the Kyrian Covenant Campaign quest "Trouble on the Western Front."
    • Fixed an issue where Xandria was visible in two places at once during the Kyrian Covenant Campaign quest "Stronger Together."
    • Willowblossom is once again present for players who abandoned the quest "Evil Grubbies."

  • Necrolord
    • Fixed an issue where the Anima Conductor daily quests in Maldraxxus were granting an incorrect amount of anima. The anima rewards are now equivalent to the other covenants Anima Conductor daily quests.

  • Venthyr
    • Players can no longer be seen fighting an invisible creature during the quest "Face Your Fears."
    • A portal to Oribos will now appear next to the Sinfall Flightmaster once the third tier of the Venthyr Travel Network has been unlocked.

Creatures and NPCs
  • Resolved an issue where the debuff from Corpse Ticklers in Maldraxxus could not be removed for some players.
  • Ta'xera in Revendreth now has her correct voice.

Dungeons and Raids
  • De Other Side
    • The Manastorms
      • Resolved an issue where Millhouse Manastorm's Power Overwhelming debuff was missing its text description.
    • Mueh’zala
      • Resolved an issue where player immunities (e.g. Divine Shield and Ice Block) could inadvertently cause Stellar Clouds to spawn on Mueh'zala's active platform.
      • Resolved an issue where the death of Mueh'zala could be delayed if he's channeling Master of Death right before he reaches 10% health.

Items and Rewards
  • Covenant armor sets can no longer be disenchanted if the item is acquired from covenant vendors.
  • The Memory of Past Sins trinket now appears within the Castle Nathria Adventure Guide for Enhancement Shaman.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed some benefits from Inscrutable Quantum Device to persist after the trinket was unequipped.
  • Fixed an issue with Pocket Portals stacking incorrectly.

Pet Battles
  • Pet battles have been temporarily disabled in Castle Nathria.

Quests
  • Threads of Fate characters who are level 60 are now eligible for the quests "Return to Oribos" in each zone.
  • Maldraxxus
    • “Bet on Yourself” now displays with a blue daily quest icon.

The Maw: Eye of the Jailer
  • Resonant Misery no longer drops Stygia.

Torghast, Tower of the Damned
  • Anima Powers
    • Priest
      • Bonus damage from Painbreaker Psalm will no longer cause Shadow Word: Death to deal increased backlash damage to the player.
  • Enemies
    • Mawsworn Flametender and Empowered Mawsworn Flametender’s Inner Flames now begins its cooldown at the start of the cast (was upon cast completion) and the time between casts increased to 30 seconds (was 20 seconds).

    Wow, did he really say that they intentionally didn't balance it at all? In the long run, the table does not matter, especially if it gets "balanced" the moment you are done with it.
    They are reinventing "balance", it seems.

    It's certainly not a twist two knobs thing. Some botched tuning could be done but then it might come back 15 levels later and so something else. It was holiday period too, so I would imagine that devs, like all normal human beings, did not sit at work to fix some trashy mobile game.

    Yeah Wowhead mentions it in this article. Which originated from this liveblog that Sloot did with Ion. Looks like the Twitch video is here. I bookmarked where the Interview started. Right here is when Sloot asks the questions about the table and the UI. Here's about the exact moment he mentions the long run.

    Welcome to the experience the rest of us are having. I knew buffing the other covenants to match the necros was too much to hope for

    Nice way to blow things out of proportion, much drama queen? What is the point when we are done with? We won't be done with it at all this expansion. It gives free gold, soul ash and anima.. That's the point.

    I just realized that I missed out on it with my alt that could have hoarded tons of anima without any effort.. shit.

    I constantly send them bug reports about killing rares rewarding 5 anima, with lines like: I really like to kill 10.000 of these instead of 5.000 so I can get one cosmetic reward, please hotfix it!

    It seems like they listened with Necrolords.

    Still no balance fix for mission tables or m+ Vengeance DH, but pet battles in Castle Nathria are disabled now lol

    "Intentional"? He said nothing of that kind. All that was said that it was balanced for a wider availability of followers etc, which mostly means that unlocking was not taking into account as much as it should be, not that anyone said "lets make it unbalanced at the start to screw with them", which is the only way "intentional" would work.

    In other words, it was "unintentionally" unbalanced at the start, which is quite the opposite of your presumptions.

    You don't want balance changes on the first day back after holidays, because that would mean they are rushed.
    This entire Hotfix collection is bugfixes/exploit fixes, easy stuff to do.

    Let them look at all the data from the last two weeks first and then design balance changes, not rush them out on a monday after holidays.

    Soloed coven on feral druid, takes some time and running in circles. Once in a while one of them stops to cast a spell and you get a couple seconds to pull the other boss away and hit it with FB or convoke

    I'd be more caring, patient, lenient and empathetic if this were the first time these silly imbalances kept dragging themselves on for weeks upon weeks, if not months.

    True words, also I'd be more lenient if we weren't in this mess before, but every expansion release they never learn and repeat same mistakes over and over

    It means it wasn't balanced for the most important period of its lifecycle.
