Why are some of you bothered by it? It's a fucking cosmetic lol not like It's the end of the world.

In WoW stats are the most important thing, not looks. Just because a game doesn't charge a sub fee, doesn't make P2W cash shops ok. Cosmetic crap in a shop doesn't matter as long as the game stays good quality...

Yes it does. Because it's free. If you don't care about competing with others then you don't pay a dime and play at your own leisure. If you want to be on par with absolutely ANYONE in what is essentially a F2P game, then you pay what is akin to a subscription fee to be on par with anyone else. And mind you, bottom line, buying stuff from shops is way cheaper than having a subscription. Because it's not recurring.

But having BOTH subscription and having to buy cosmetics, which I argued it's an important part of the game? Now THAT is bullshit.

if you say so. i play this game for the lore. and the lore has been top knotch throughout the majority of this expansion. i could give a shit if they add a couple nice looking helmets for moniez.

Lore is no different than cosmetics - It's intangible content that doesn't affect how you play the game. While you may play for lore, other people may play for cool looks and cosmetic things.

Me and ppl from my old crew where hyped as fuck about 5.4 coming since that will (hopefully) solve the dead realm problems, but seing as this game is now going even more disgustingly P2W, most of us wont probably return to wow. This is a disgusting method of exploitative behaviour that takes activisions/blizzards greedyness to a whole new level. These absurd practices needs to end immediately.

Hey, nobody does 5mans anyway *right*? I mean, you can get the same gear and points from scenarios anyway so dungeons are like, tooooootally cosmetic.

No game charging a sub fee should be using a cash shop to sell digital goods. They are essentially taking your money, then creating content from it to sell back to you for more money. It's a cheap practice. The very least they could do is allow you some way to earn these items in the game.
