Can we get new 120 talents?

So with BFA coming up, is it time we got new talents? We didn't get any 110 talents because of Artifact weapons but shouldn't they add level 120 talents?

talents are every 15 levels. so we should get new ones at 115. thats also why we didnt get any at 110.

Except that we have talents at 90 and 100. So who knows how it'll work if they added more. Maybe they'd move the 100 talent to 105 then one at 120 to keep the every 15 pattern.

They're having enough trouble as is keeping all available options interesting. Adding more rows wouldn't help that.

Easy, just make all of the gold artifact traits into a new top talent tier.

With five options per tier versus three options per tier. Why? Even tiers are better; more options gives us additional variety, and future scaling is idiot-proof. Honestly, the only complain stems from a acquiring a tier every 20 levels.
